He has golden hands. He is kind and very knowledgeable. He did plumbing work. He did electrical. He did carpentry as well. His work is immaculate. I will be calling him for all my house needs. BTW, he is well priced as well.

I had R&T Construction Company come in and custom frame a door to divide a room in our house. Roland’s work was quick, clean and precise. The three main things you want when you’re having someone come in to do construction in your home. I will be using R&T for future home improvements and highly recommend them.

I met Roland back in April for kitchen vent he did a great job my husband and i rehired him for our carpet remove to vinyl plank and a subfloor replacement he came on Sunday measure everything and start the job on Tuesday and finishes it on Wednesday like he was on time he did the livingroom hallway closet and 2 extra bedrooms with 2 additional closet for a reasonable price thank you again my daughter in love with her room I recommend Roland100%

R AND T is a hard working,thorough and reasonable worker. I have hired Roland a few times now. He never disappoints always professional, clean and his work is top notch. He installed lighting in my soft outside. Installed flooring in both my bedrooms as well as my kitchen and living area. Beautiful work. I had a few jobs I needed help with. Installing a new dishwasher, faucet and garbage disposal and install and removal of three toilets. I got several quotes for the job including Roland, who responded in about 10 minutes and arrived the next morning to give me the free quote. He gave me the best price quote and was ready to begin right away. He worked hard all day and was done by 2:30. He walked me through everything one item at a time and everything was perfect. Crisp, clean and professional. He cleaned up after himself and I couldn’t be happier with his work. He also fixed my storm door without being asked while waiting for me to put my dogs away. I already have discussed other jobs with him and will be working with him again soon. 10/10
